Pocket PCs and MP3

Why isn't there a Pocket PC with a hard drive? I'm ready to buy today a Pocket PC (or Palm, to be honest) with a color screen & 20GB hard drive to do MP3s, ebooks, digital photo repository (via USB), and palm-style contact and note management, and maybe a game or two on the side. All the components exist (combine an iPod with any Pocket PC). And I'd be more than willing to pay $600 or so (the sum total of the two units). Is there something hard I'm missing here (color screens drain juice -- just turn it off during MP3 playback).
